I WANT MY SUFFERING TO END AND I DON'T CARE IF THE GUILTY ARE PUNISHED OR NOT!

I am the suffering traveler of the worlds largest Railway network. One of the millions of passengers who pays the Indian Railways for their services.  I don't want to report anyone nor do I want anyone brought to the books or punished. I am not anti establishment or pro opposition. I know the problems for I suffer them and know not the solutions, for I'm not the expert. I simply want to be respected for what I am (a customer), served what I am paying for and treated well.  Am I asking for too much?

Many of us use and misuse the Indian Railways, we are ill treated, mistreated and cheated without shame, fear or guilt by all and sundry. We pay whatever we are asked to and we tolerate what we get. Seething deep down, swearing and cursing in undertones among co-passengers with an occasional out burst at the equally (if not fully) guilty in-train officials or the attendant only to either be told meekly tales of their helpless-ness or be blamed for not registering our complaints to the authorities, makes it out to be all-your-fault ... or even worse the audacious take-it-or-leave-it attitude. 

We the living dead of 'Bharat Be-Eemaan Yatra, have suffered for decades and will continue to do so in silence and there shall be no one who will be interested in our plight, ever.  If we did ever try registering our grievance the process will first ask us to provide so much of information to authenticate our claim that sooner than later we will give priority to our peace-of-mind over self respect. 

That we are their customers' is only their 'face lift' phrase of their modernization plans while the erring and the corrupt remain 'innocent until proved guilty' and we shall remain yours truly Kasht-mar of the Indian Railways.  

This page and others that will follow, is only a vent for all the sufferers to simply share their traumatic experiences with others who will and can only offer empathy and sympathy and not expect anything more.  

We shall not even intend or even imagine that such a Facebook page will make any difference or create any stir whatsoever but will have one place to share, heard, vent out and warn others of what they can expect and not get broken in.  No sting intended. Only bring forth the facts and real occurrences.
